AFM Theological College: Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) Request Form

Please follow the steps below to ensure your RPL request is submitted correctly:

Review and ensure that you meet the entry requirements for your chosen AFMTC programme before submitting this form.
Complete all required fields in the form honestly and accurately.
Upload the necessary supporting documents, including:
- Academic transcripts
- Certificate/Diploma
After submitting this form, you will receive an invoice for the RPL evaluation fee (R2500).
Your application will only be processed once payment is received.
You will receive feedback on your RPL application within 10 working days after payment.
