This RPL Evaluation Form is only for students who are currently registered in the AFMTC–SATS Collaborative BTh (Theological Training Programme) and who wish to transfer to the newly registered AFMTC BTh programme.

If your previous studies were completed at another institution, please return to the portal and complete the General RPL Application Form.
