AFM Theological College (AFMTC) is registered under the Companies Act of 1973 as a Non-Profit Company with the registration number 2003/005073/08.

AFMTC is also registered with the Department of Higher Education and Training (DHET) as a Private Higher Education Institution under the Higher Education Act. The institution is registered in accordance with the provisions of section 54(6)(b) of the Act and Regulation 16, and the registration is valid until 31 December 2028.
